Your data is protected by Surventrix Systems Ltd (Surventrix) and its processors in pursuance to all legal requirements set by the relevant data processing laws.

Staff
Members of the Surventrix team are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the company's policies regarding confidentiality, business ethics, and appropriate use. This applies to our third-party support too.
All staff members are continually trained on best security practices, including how to identify social hacks, phishing scams, and hackers.
Hosting your data
UK-based data centres are used to host Surventrix data.
However, we may transfer personal data to countries within the EEA, to the UK, or in exceptional circumstances outside of those areas. In order to comply with the GDPR and the DPA, we rely on data processing agreements that contain standard contractual clauses with our subprocessors.
We also take additional measures to secure this data transfer, such as anonymisation.

The AWS infrastructure puts strong safeguards in place to help protect your privacy. All data is stored in highly secure AWS data centers in the UK.

Our data privacy policy ensures that only authorised individuals have access to your information when necessary to complete tasks on your behalf.
Staff members at Surventrix will not process customer data without authorisation.
